  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others
  • Spam or create links for spam campaigns

Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on PVTLNK:

  • Child sexual abuse material
  • Terrorist or violent extremist content
  • Malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Spam or scam content
  • Defamatory or libelous content
  • Doxxing or personal information without consent

User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Links and Content

You understand that: - You are responsible for all links you create - We do not review or moderate user content - Links may be disabled if they violate these terms

Subscription and Payments

Trial Period

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No charges during the trial period.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for technical issues

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Non-Payment

Accounts with unpaid subscriptions may have services suspended after 14 days.

Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Limitation of Liability

PVTLNK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including: - Natural disasters - War, terrorism, or civil unrest - Government actions - Internet infrastructure failures

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

PVTLNK’s name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by PVTLNK AG.

License to Use

You retain ownership of the content you shorten. You grant PVTLNK a license to: - Host and serve the shortened links - Generate QR codes for your links - Display analytics for your links

DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report copyright infringement, please contact us through our official channels.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you: - Violate these Terms of Service - Engage in illegal activity - Abuse or harass others - Spam or create harmful content

Effect of Termination

Upon termination: - Your links will stop working - Analytics data will be deleted within 30 days - You may export your data before termination

Disputes

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland.

Limitation of Claims

You must bring any claims within one year of the incident.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via: - Email - In-app notification - 30 days before effective date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PVTLNK.
